Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter with 1+ years of recruitment experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/final interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Negotiate salary offers and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment reports and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment tracker.




Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment (IT, Non-IT, or both).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
