Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter – Non-IT to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across various industries. The candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Follow up with candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Prepare recruitment reports,



hiring metrics, and MIS as required.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding.
Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment tools.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully closing positions within defined timelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
