Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in EdTech sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive admissions while achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Academic Counsellors / Sales Executives.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue targets.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, call audits, and conversion reports.
Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve sales skills and closing ratios.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize student enrollments.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value leads.
Ensure timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.
Foster a positive, high-performance, target-oriented sales culture.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in EdTech, Education, or Inside Sales.
Minimum 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting.
