Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings and specifications.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare tender documents and bid proposals.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
Maintain a database of material rates, labor costs, and vendor pricing.
Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations.
Support project budgeting, cost control, and variation order assessments.
Assist in preparing project cash flow forecasts and cost reports.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
