Position: Outlet Manager

Job Summary

Bakingo is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Outlet Manager to lead daily outlet operations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, experience in the QSR/F&B; industry, and the ability to manage sales, team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day outlet operations efficiently.
Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per company SOPs.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen, delivery,



and support teams.
Maintain outlet cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
2–5 years of experience as an Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager/Shift Manager in QSR, Bakery, Café, or Restaurant.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
