Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for bus and truck sales in Kharagpur.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell buses and trucks to potential customers.
Visit customers within the assigned territory.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Training & Support
Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided by the company.
Continuous product and sales guidance from the company.

Job Details
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Field Area:



Candidates will be assigned locations within 5–10 km from their residence.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Maximum Age: 35 years
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in field sales.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 in-hand (depending on interview performance and experience)
