We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Agent / Specialist to join our team. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth process from initial consultation to final closing.

Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Advise clients on market conditions, property values, mortgage options, and purchasing or selling strategies.
Property Listings & Tours: Market property listings using online databases, open houses, and promotional materials; organize and lead property tours for potential buyers.
Negotiation & Contracts: Draft, present, and negotiate purchase offers, lease agreements, and closing terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
Market Research: Perform comparative market analyses (CMA) to determine competitive property pricing.




Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust networks with buyers, sellers, contractors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys.

Requirements & Qualifications
Active real estate license in valuable standing.
Proven track record of successful property sales or rental transactions.
Solid knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MLS software, CRM systems, and standard office software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
