ERP Functional Consultant

Job Overview

We are hiring an ERP Functional Consultant with mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.
Prepare SRS, FRD, BRD, test scripts, and user training manuals.
Configure, implement, and support ERP/CRM/HRM solutions.
Conduct user training and obtain client sign-offs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Support junior team members and contribute to successful project execution.

Required Skills
Experience in ERP implementation (SAP, Tally, Focus, ERP-Munim, Marg, Lighthouse ERP, or similar).




Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes.
Experience with ERP modules such as:
Purchase (P2P)
Inventory & MM
Sales & Distribution (SD/O2C)
Finance (FI/FICO/R2R)
Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Plant Maintenance
CRM
HRM
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Knowledge of SQL, data migration, master data management, and MS Excel is an added advantage.

B.E./B.Tech
B.Com
BBA
MBA/PGDM
CA
CMA (ICWA)
IPCC or equivalent qualification

Preferred Candidate
Manufacturing ERP implementation experience is mandatory.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
