Job Description:

Santinni Boutique is looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries over the phone, providing information about our services and collections, and maintaining solid customer relationships. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of communication for our clients and play a key role in enhancing their overall experience with Santinni.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding boutique services, collections, and customization options.
Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate details.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, orders, and inquiries.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.




Support the boutique team by promoting new collections, events, and offers over the phone.
Achieve set call targets and contribute to customer engagement goals.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two/Graduate.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
Pleasant phone etiquette and a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
