Key Responsibilities:
Assist the automation team in executing and monitoring automation journeys.
Manually review automation outputs and identify missing or incomplete data.
Fill in missing information accurately based on available source documents or systems.
Validate data entered by automation against the source data.
Perform basic data checks and maintain accuracy and completeness.
Support the team in resolving data-related exceptions in automation workflows.
Maintain records, trackers, and status updates for assigned automation processes.
Escalate discrepancies, missing information, or process issues to the concerned team member.
Follow defined SOPs and data-handling guidelines while working on client processes.
