Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily service activities and assign jobs to technicians.

· Prepare service quotations and follow up for approvals.

· Generate invoices and maintain billing records.

· Schedule preventive maintenance and service visits.

· Communicate with clients regarding service update.

· Coordinate with the operations for smooth service execution.

· Maintain service reports, AMC records, and customer databases.

· Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.

· Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
