Job Role – Melting Supervisor
Supervise material receiving, sampling, and weighing activities.
Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and safety standards.
Monitor material preparation and melting operations.
Coordinate with the Quality team for sample testing and process approval.
Maintain accurate production, heat-wise, and inventory records.
Verify production data and ensure timely reporting.
Supervise final product and by-product handling and weighing.
Conduct daily physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Ensure effective furnace utilization, process discipline, and achievement of production targets.
