Supervise Staff: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and train new workers.
Monitor Operations: Oversee receiving, packing, shipping, or factory production flows.
Control Inventory: Track stock levels, handle material movement, and run cycle counts.
Enforce Safety: Ensure workers wear safety gear and follow factory or warehouse rules.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in a warehouse, plant, or manufacturing workplace.
Education: High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in logistics or business.
Skills: Solid leadership, basic computer literacy, problem-solving, and knowledge of safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
