Job Title: CAD Designer

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities
Create 2D and 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and product assemblies.
Develop manufacturing drawings with GD&T;, dimensions, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Design and develop enclosures for IoT devices, wearables, and electronic products, considering functionality, manufacturability, and aesthetics.
Modify existing designs based on engineering feedback.
Coordinate with hardware, mechanical, and production teams during product development.
Prepare documentation for prototyping and mass production.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and manufacturing requirements.
Operate and manage 3D printing machines for rapid prototyping, including print preparation, machine setup, monitoring, and post-processing of printed parts.
Support prototype testing, evaluate printed prototypes, and implement design improvements based on testing results.
Work closely with the electronics and firmware teams to ensure seamless mechanical integration of PCBs, sensors, batteries, antennas,



and other components.

Requirements
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in CAD design and product development.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or Creo.
Hands-on experience operating and maintaining 3D printing machines (FDM/SLA or similar).
Experience in designing enclosures for electronic products, IoT devices, or consumer products is preferred.
Valuable understanding of sheet metal, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of tolerance analysis, engineering drawings, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional product development workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
