Role Summary:

The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by assisting clients with jewellery selection, styling, and purchase decisions while achieving sales targets and upholding Tyaani’s luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers, understanding their preferences and occasions
Assist customers with jewellery selection, styling, and product knowledge
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Support visual merchandising and ensure display standards are met
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally
Stay updated on product knowledge, collections, and jewellery trends
Follow store SOPs related to security, inventory,



and operations

Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in jewellery or luxury / premium retail
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail workplace
Flexibility to work weekends and during festive periods

Preferred:
Prior experience with fine jewellery, gold, diamond, or luxury brands
Knowledge of basic jewellery terminology and billing processes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
