Job Title: Service Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead our Pan India after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening the service network, improving customer satisfaction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring effective service delivery across company-owned stores and MBO stores.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Pan India after-sales service operations.
Develop and strengthen the service network across company-owned stores and MBO stores.
Drive warranty management, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure availability and planning of spare parts.
Monitor service KPIs, TAT, warranty costs, and the performance of company-owned stores and MBO stores.
Conduct technical training and service audits for company-owned stores and MBO stores.




Implement and maintain service SOPs across all service locations.
Coordinate with Product, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve field issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
6–8 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in the EV or automotive industry.
Robust knowledge of service operations, warranty management, spare parts planning, and dealer/service network management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
