Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and workforce.

Ensure work is completed as per project plans and timelines.

Monitor quality and safety standards on site.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and interior drawings.

Basic knowledge of quantity calculation, site measurement, BOQ preparation, and billing.

Familiarity with civil construction materials, interior finishes, and execution methods.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and project-tracking applications.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.

Robust planning, documentation, coordination, and follow-up abilities.

Ability to identify technical issues and communicate them clearly to the relevant team.

Willingness to travel between the office, project sites, supplier locations,



and client meetings.Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Possession of a valid driving licence and personal vehicle will be preferred.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management.

Maintain site records and daily progress reports.

Manage materials and equipment at the site.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Freshers with positive technical knowledge are welcome.

Experienced candidates will be given preference.

Valuable communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and manage site operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
