LOCATION: BALEWADI, PUNE Responsibilities:  Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.  Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimum performance and productivity.  Identify and onboard channel partners, system integrators, and dealers in the assigned region.  Build and maintain robust relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and End Users.  Make field visits, product presentations, and handle demo sessions for potential customers and partners.  Monitor competitor activities and market trends; recommend proactive strategies.  Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare daily/monthly sales reports, and update the pipeline.  Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Technical Support) to ensure seamless customer experience.  Drive awareness and market penetration of current digital and wireless security products.



Skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  Additional language proficiency in any of the following is highly preferred:  Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali.  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.  Sound knowledge of regional market trends in security solutions and smart home automation.  Team management and leadership abilities.  Tech-savvy, with a positive understanding of digital products and smart solutions. Qualification:  Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, BTech preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.  Proven track record in channel sales and regional market development.
