We're Hiring | Medical Lab Technician (MLT)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma MLT/Bachelors MLT (Mandatory)
Are you passionate about delivering accurate diagnostic services and ensuring quality patient care?
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Immunology, etc.)
Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment.
Validate and accurately document test results.
Conduct quality control checks and equipment calibration.
Follow laboratory SOPs, infection con
control, biosafety, and quality standards.

Eligibility:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
2–3 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
Knowledge of laboratory equipment, quality control procedures, and clinical laboratory practices.




Positive analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
