Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspection activities, quality documentation, process monitoring, and coordinating with production teams to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products/materials
Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality procedures
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement improvements
Coordinate with production and supplier teams for quality compliance
Support internal and external audits
Required Skills
Knowledge of QC tools and inspection methods
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Positive understanding of ISO standards and quality systems
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Preferred Industry
Manufacturing / Precision Engineering / Automotive / Fabrication
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
