Spot Welder Responsibilities & Duties
Set up and operate spot welding machines.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Measure and align metal parts prior to welding.
Inspect welds for quality and specifications.
Adjust machine settings for optimal weld quality.
Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections and repairs.
Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to improve welding processes.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols.
Document work processes and production data.
Train and mentor junior welders in proper techniques.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
