Key Responsibilities

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be essential in generating business leads and supporting the sales team:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients across key sectors: Education, Real Estate, Sports, and the Public Sector.
Effectively introduce our turf construction services and assess client interest.
Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the field sales team.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and manage consistent follow-ups.
Support ongoing marketing campaigns and actively help convert initial leads into confirmed clients.





What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile)

We are seeking a confident and goal-oriented individual with solid communication skills:
Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
Hindi and Tamil language(basic)
Prior experience in sales or telecalling/telesales is a strong plus.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) for lead management.
Must be confident, polite, and persuasive over the phone.
Goal-oriented and capable of working effectively and independently.

Salary and Work Details
Salary: Commensurate with experience (Based on Candidate Profile)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
