Develop and execute the overall growth and marketing strategy across all products and business verticals.
Lead Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, PR, and Community Engagement initiatives.
Define brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all marketing channels.
Drive lead generation through campaigns, landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing automation.
Work closely with Content, Design, Video, and Research teams to create high-impact marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Product, Knowledge, Sales, and Tech teams to successfully launch recent courses and digital products.
Monitor marketing performance, customer acquisition, campaign ROI, and optimize growth strategies using data and analytics.
Build partnerships with colleges, communities, influencers,



and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Manage internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution and consistent brand communication.

Eligibility
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing teams and scaling digital businesses.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, content strategy, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, Consumer Internet, or Digital Products is preferred.
