We are seeking a proactive Audit & Compliance Associate to join our Delhi-based firm, focusing on Bank Audits, ROC compliance, and financial due diligence. This role is highly field-oriented, requiring regular on-site client visits and travel across Delhi and the NCR region to conduct audits, manage statutory filings, and participate in high-level client meetings. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical knowledge of the Companies Act and banking regulations, paired with the ability to handle large-scale data reconciliations and drafting requirements independently. This position offers significant exposure to diverse corporate assignments and requires a qualified capable of representing the firm effectively during in office engagements.
