Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for UK-based clients.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Process experience (Mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹4.70 LPA
In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹34,000 per month
