Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities for media production, events, advertising, and training services.
Build and maintain solid relationships with potential clients, brands, and agencies.
Pitch services offered by AVD Motion Pictures to corporate clients, government departments, and creative industries.
Meet monthly sales targets and actively participate in revenue generation.
Create and implement marketing strategies (offline and online) to promote company services.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,



or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in media, advertising, or event industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Strong understanding of local markets in Jammu & Kashmir.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
