Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate with payroll.
Assist in preparing payroll inputs and resolving attendance-related queries.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
