Divyansh Honda is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee workshop operations, manage service staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop and service center operations
Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Ensure timely and quality servicing of customer vehicles
Monitor service productivity and workshop efficiency
Handle customer concerns and service-related escalations
Maintain service records and prepare operational reports
Ensure compliance with Honda service standards and safety procedures




Coordinate spare parts availability with the parts department

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile service operations
Experience in managing workshop staff and service teams
Robust customer handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
Positive communication and leadership abilities
Knowledge of two-wheeler service processes preferred
Ability to manage targets, productivity, and service quality
