Position Summary The Pre-Sales Associate is responsible for generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth transition of prospects into sales opportunities. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer engagement, and coordination with internal departments to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and digital platforms. Understand customer requirements and identify suitable products and solutions. Schedule appointments and site visits for the Business Development team. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for preparing quotations and proposals. Follow up with prospective customers to maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle. Conduct initial product presentations and explain key features and advantages.



Assist in preparing tender documents, pre-qualification documents, and other sales-related documentation. Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams for technical clarifications. Track enquiries and provide periodic reports on lead status and conversion. Support marketing campaigns by following up on campaign-generated leads. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and qualified support. Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
