We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Technical Designer to lead fabric development, technical design execution and product innovation for home furnishing and textile products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and product development activities.
Coordinate with merchandising, sampling and production teams.
Develop technically feasible and market-oriented fabric concepts.
Handle buyer requirements, approvals and technical coordination.
Ensure smooth execution from development to production.

Requirements
10+ years experience in textile/fabric technical design.
Solid knowledge of weaving, yarns, processing and product development.
Leadership and team handling experience.
Valuable understanding of home furnishing/textile industry.
