We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be confident in handling customer queries, and possess positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. The candidate should be skilled, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a qualified manner.
Communicate effectively with customers in fluent English.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given time.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in Excel and company systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
