Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Trainee

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Based on skill level)

Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the design team in creating print and packaging designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Support in preparing artwork files for production and ensure accuracy in design execution.
Learn and apply best practices in graphic design under guidance from senior designers.
Collaborate with team members and participate in brainstorming sessions for current concepts.
Take feedback constructively and implement changes to enhance design output.
Stay updated with basic design tools and current design trends.
Manage multiple tasks and maintain timelines as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Graphic Design,



Multimedia, or a certified design course.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of internship in graphic design.

Required Skills:
Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and lightroom (InDesign and Fireworks are a plus).
Understanding of fundamental design principles and a keen eye for detail.
Solid willingness to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
Basic communication skills in English (verbal and written).
A proactive attitude and the ability to follow instructions well.
