Job Title: Procurement Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Executive for our interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage procurement activities efficiently. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Procure interior fit-out materials, including aluminium, wood, hardware, laminates, plywood, veneers, glass, and other related materials.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders.
Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain procurement records.




Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of materials.
Build and maintain robust supplier relationships.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
Experience in procurement for interior fit-out or construction projects.
Solid knowledge of interior materials, including aluminium, wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, and related products.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software is an advantage.
Willingness to travel as required.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
