Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is looking for an AI Orchestrator (3–6 years) to design and manage AI-powered systems and workflows. You will ensure seamless integration of AI models, platforms, and enterprise applications to deliver productive and scalable solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement AI orchestration frameworks across systems.
Integrate AI models with enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware.
Manage and optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams.
Monitor system performance and resolve complex integration issues.
Ensure data flow, consistency, and process efficiency.




Provide technical guidance during implementations.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in AI integration, system orchestration, or automation.
Robust knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, and workflow engines.
Experience with AI pipelines and deployment processes.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubernetes, etc.).
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
