RL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Proposal Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals, reviewing customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting the sales team with accurate quotations for instrumentation and process engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer RFQs.
Review technical specifications, BOQs, P&IDs;, datasheets, and tender documents.
Select suitable instrumentation products based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare cost estimates.
Prepare commercial offers and proposal documents within the required timelines.
Respond to technical and commercial queries from customers.




Maintain proposal records, costing sheets, and documentation.
Assist in preparing government and private tender submissions.
Ensure all proposals comply with customer specifications and company standards.

Required Skills
Valuable understanding of Industrial Instrumentation and Process Automation.
Basic knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP, DM Plant, or Industrial Process Systems is preferred.
Ability to read P&IDs;, technical drawings, and engineering datasheets.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
