Our platform integrates physical sample libraries with digital tools, streamlining how professionals discover and select products for architecture and interior projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Acquisition Executive to connect with architects, interior designers and industry professionals for brand outreach and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations, scheduling meetings, promoting the company’s products/services, and maintaining robust professional relationships with design and architecture firms.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and meet architects, interior designers, builders, and allied industry specialists.
Introduce the company, its products/services, and ongoing initiatives in a professional manner.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
Maintain and update the database of architects, firms, and prospective clients.
Follow up on inquiries, meetings, and pending discussions regularly.




Coordinate with internal teams for appointments, presentations, and brand collaborations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with architects and design professionals.
Track daily calling activities and prepare reports on lead status and conversions.
Support marketing and brand outreach campaigns as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream from a reputed institute/college.
Freshers can also apply.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Prior experience in architecture, interior design, construction materials, or related industries will be preferred.

Pleasant personality with strong persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in architecture, design, and brand communication is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
