Position: Team Leader – Retail

Qualifications
12th Pass or Graduate

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the retail industry.

Key Skills
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a retail team.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on sales achievement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.




Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high store standards.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain attendance, productivity, and team discipline.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth store operations.
Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely submission of reports using Google Forms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Drive team engagement and create a positive work workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
