Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) or a recognised Cricket Coaching Certification.
Proven experience in coaching school or competitive-level cricket.
Robust knowledge of cricket techniques, rules, and game strategies.
Ability to train students in batting, bowling, fielding, fitness, and match strategies.
Ability to plan and conduct regular cricket training sessions and practice matches.
Experience in preparing students for inter-school competitions and tournaments.
Positive communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Ability to motivate students and develop teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Passion for nurturing and developing students' cricketing talents.
