About the Role
Jaagruk Bharat is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Operations to lead our Support and Sales teams. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, strong leadership abilities, and a startup mindset to drive team performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Support and Sales teams.
Supervise inbound and outbound calling, lead management, and chat support processes.
Monitor individual and team performance to ensure productivity and target achievement.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and training sessions to improve team performance.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and effective resolution of customer queries.
Track operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Maintain adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Motivate the team to achieve business objectives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
1–3 years of experience in BPO Operations with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
Experience in Customer Support, Sales Operations, or Contact Center processes.
Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
Must own a PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection for hybrid/work from home.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
