Conduct company visits and employer meetings to strengthen corporate partnerships.
Coordinate placement activities including interviews, recruitment drives, and campus hiring events.
Collaborate with trainers and academic teams to align student skills with industry requirements.
Track placement performance and maintain accurate records of employer interactions and student placements.
Stay updated on hiring trends, industry requirements, and emerging employment prospects.
Represent the organization at networking events, Job fairs, and industry meetings.
Support students with placement readiness initiatives and career guidance activities.
