Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager with proven experience in B2B sales of industrial safety products & Industrial B2B. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities through direct industry visits and building strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Sales Heads, and Directors.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline engineering background will be an added advantage.
3- 10years of relevant experience in B2B sales.
Prior experience in selling industrial safety products & Industrial B2B is mandatory.

· Strong knowledge of industrial safety products and their applications.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.





· Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities through direct visits to industries and manufacturing units.
Generate leads by meeting Plant Heads, Procurement Teams, and Company Directors.
Promote and sale a range of industrial safety products / Industrial B2B items to corporate and industrial clients.
Team handle & Develop a robust, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals in line with company policies.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
