Job Title: HR Assistant

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, HR administration, and coordination with employees and department heads.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with accuracy.
Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR MIS reporting.
Coordinate employee inductions, training schedules, and engagement activities.
Support performance appraisal and employee grievance handling.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of HR policies, records, and confidential documents.




Assist in HR administrative activities and day-to-day employee coordination.
Ensure compliance with company HR procedures and documentation.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of recruitment and HR documentation.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
