Quality Control (QC) Head – Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Head to lead the quality function at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within the Cement, AAC/ALC Panels, Building Materials, Sand, Concrete, or Raw Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards.
Monitor manufacturing processes and implement quality control procedures.
Conduct quality inspections, testing, and maintain quality documentation.
Investigate defects and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Maintain calibration and accuracy of testing equipment.
Analyze quality data and drive continuous process improvement.
Lead quality initiatives and train production teams on quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline).




Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Mandatory experience in Cement, AAC/ALC Panels, Building Materials, Sand, Concrete, or Raw Material industries.
Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Six Sigma, and quality inspection tools.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
