Skills Knowledge

ï‚· Robust command over STAAD.Pro software (latest versions).

ï‚· Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.

ï‚· Ability to model, analyze, and design:
Steel structures (buildings, trusses, towers, industrial sheds, etc.)
RCC structures (buildings, bridges, foundations, etc.)
Composite and special structures.

ï‚· Proficiency in loading standards (dead, live, wind, seismic, snow, temperature).

ï‚· Familiarity with international design codes (IS, AISC, ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.).

ï‚· Hands-on experience in RC design, steel design, foundation design, RAM and agile analysis.

ï‚· Knowledge of connections with other BIM tools (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, etc.).

Communication skills:





ï‚· Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.

ï‚· Positive presentation and communication skills (English and/or local language).

ï‚· Experience in preparing training modules, course materials, and case studies.

ï‚· Skill in demonstrating real-world project workflows using STAAD.Pro.

 Ability to solve participants’ queries live and guide them step-by-step.

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (preferably postgraduate (MTECH) in Structures).
