Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator cum E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day computer operations and support online business activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, maintaining records, and managing e-commerce platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Computer Operations:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Handle MS Office tasks (Word, Excel, etc.)
Maintain files, documents, and reports
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
Manage emails and internal communication

E-commerce Management:
Upload and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Manage product descriptions, images, and pricing
Process orders, track shipments, and update order status
Handle customer queries and provide support




Coordinate with logistics and vendors
Monitor stock levels and update inventory
Assist in online promotions and campaigns

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
Valuable typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)
Solid communication and organizational skills

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field
Basic computer course certification (preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
