Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team.
Generate new corporate clients and business prospects.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop business for Domestic Courier, International Courier, PTL, FTL, Transport & Packers & Movers.
Meet clients, prepare quotations and close deals.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Train and motivate the sales team.

Requirements:
Graduate or MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in Courier, Logistics, Transport or Supply Chain Industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, Email and CRM.
Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
