Maintain accurate records of all company assets including machinery, tools, equipment, furniture, IT assets, and vehicles.
Ensure proper asset allocation, transfer, and return between sites and office.
Conduct periodic physical verification of assets at project sites and office.
Update asset registers, issue logs, and return acknowledgements.
Coordinate with site engineers, stores, and admin team for asset requirements.
Monitor asset condition and report damages, loss, or misuse.
Ensure tagging and identification of assets as per company standards.
Prepare asset-related reports for management review.
Support audits by providing asset records and verification details.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset management.
