Job responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant tenders through various tender portals
Prepare and compile administrative & commercial tender documents
Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tender formalities
Submit tenders within deadlines and maintain proper documentation
Prepare and share weekly MIS reports on tender activities
Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
