Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cafe Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and digital payments
Issue bills, receipts, and maintain transaction records
Manage the cash register and ensure it is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts
Take customer orders efficiently and coordinate with kitchen/barista staff
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter
Follow company policies, hygiene, and safety standards





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in a hotel, cafe, or hospitality environment (preferred)
Freshers with good communication and basic numerical skills can also apply
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
