Commis III (Junior Bakery)

Role: Supports daily cookie, brownie, and dessert production.

Responsibilities
Ingredient scaling and prep
Dough portioning as per gram standards
Tray setup and baking support
Cooling, packing, and labeling
Maintain hygiene and workstation cleanliness
Follow FIFO and report low stock
Support festive hamper packing

Commis II (Bakery Production)

Role: Handles production batches independently and supports team supervision.

Responsibilities
Prepare cookie and dessert batches as per SOP
Ensure dough consistency and yield
Handle baking and cooling standards
Supervise Commis III staff
Maintain production records
Control wastage and breakage
Support bulk gifting and peak delivery orders

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹23,393.43 per month
